The refrigerator in our Class A RV failed and we replaced it with a similar unit that did not have installed door latches like the original. Latches are needed to keep the doors from opening from lateral motion while traveling so we ordered these and are well-pleased with them. We recently completed a 400-mile trip with no issues with the latches and they seemed solidly in place throughout. Very easy to latch/unlatch and are not in the way. In the attached photo you can see the french door latch at the top and the bottom freezer latched to the left door. Great product.

These are surprisingly strong! I watched my little girl absolutely rip and tear at the fridge door and they stayed on with no problem at all! The peel and stick, simple as that and then flip it with a clip style and opens right up! Worth the money, we’ve put it on cabinets also!

It seems good quality. I can’t figure out how to take it off my fridge; that sucker is stuck on there. It could have a better way of child lock as it took my toddler maybe a day to figure it out.

I bought this safety lock hoping it would keep my toddler out of fridge , but unfortunately it failed completely. My 18-month-old son figured out how to open it in less than 10 seconds! The lock doesn’t secure properly and definitely does not offer the level of safety it claims. If you’re looking for real childproofing, this is not the product for you. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This has kept my toddler OUT of the fridge. It’s a great size and seems to be strong. We have it at the top of our fridge doors and it does not stand out much which is nice.

It was great for a few days. The horde of minions that roams my house was not able to raid the string cheese, juice, and strawberries. It was easy to install, easy to open, and the double-sided tape stuck well. Unfortunately, one hard tug by my 3 year old was all it took to break it. The little post that the latch grabs onto is very small and it snapped off. On a plus note, the adhesive was pretty easy to remove and didn’t leave any residue.Oh well, at least it was cheap. And I had food in the fridge for a few days.

The only place we could put a lock on our GE Profile French doors was below the handles or above the handles. We chose above to keep it out of reach of our toddler. I'm positive he would have figured it out quickly if we'd put it below the handles. I was worried that they'd break easily because this is a 2-pack, but that's not the case. We've been using it for over a year with no problems. The adhesive and the plastic are strong. I also like that the clear is very inconspicuous.
