What happen if I use with hot water. Will the plastic dissolve?

It shouldn’t! It’s a pretty thick plastic like a regular shaker bottle. I’ve sanitized it with really hot water when I first opened it and I haven’t had any issues.

Will it keep drink cold on hot days?

Unfortunately this will not. Once the drink is warm, it will stay warm. The plastic is not too thin, however, it does not have any sort of insulation in it.
