A little expensive, but works great for PiKVM
I needed to control a few machines on my LAN remotely, I wanted to have the ability to control these as if I was sitting at it.There is a raspberry pi base project called PiKVM that allows you to plug the monitor, keyboard and mouse connectors from the machine to the pi box, using the software on the raspberry pi you can then access the machines screen and control it via your web browser. This has a number of advantages over VNC or RDP, because the control is done via an external device, you can reboot the machine and control it in the bios. You can add a relay as well which would allow you to physically turn on and off the machine. It works fine, although the latency on the video means it's not entirely fluid, but there are other solutions such as RDP or VNC that can be used for "normal" use, but PiKVM allows you to do other things that you couldn't do with those other protocols.

Perfect. Could be a bit cheaper though
Paired with a Pi Zero W (non-2), I used this for PiKVM.Works absolutely flawlessly; now I no longer need to keep attaching a keyboard/mouse/monitor to things for initial setup.I designed and laser cut the case myself, though will probably put it onto thingiverse at some point if people would be interested 😊

Works a treat with PiKVM
Connected to a raspberry pi zero w running the PiKVM software this works a treat.
