Great High Potency Ubiquinol (QH)
I have been using Jarrow Ubiquinol (QH) for years. Primarily to keep myself in too performance for trail running and other endurance sports. It's part of my trusted evening stack.

Happy That My CoQ10 Levels Tested High
I take ubiquinol CoQ10 (although a bit pricier) over ubiquinone because ubiquinol is supposed to be more bioavailable. I have been taking ubiquinol CoQ10 consistently for the last seven months. I recently took a CoQ10 blood test and was happy my levels were high. I take advantage of the random steep sales that so far seem to happen regularly. My CoQ10 bottle expires a year and eight months from the purchase date. It does not require refrigeration. Some people may have difficulty swallowing the pills. Each pill is approximately 1 inch long and 1/3 inch wide. CoQ10 is better absorbed when taken with a meal that contains fat.
