Be Serene aims to help correct imbalances in what is called Vatta energy in Ayurvedic medicine. Excessive Vatta leads to the symptoms of most types of anxiety, and it reaches its peak between 1 and 7 PM. During this time frame, take 1-2 capsules every 2-4 hours as needed. However, it is perfectly safe to take at other times as well.
