I have had high blood pressure for years. Have been on several medications. I am pre diabetic. I started taking BPS5 September 15, 2022. My blood pressure was around 165/85. It has dropped down to 135/80 at my doctor’s apt on October 21, 2022. My blood work was great all of my numbers have dropped. The product works! My blood pressure dropped tremendously!

I dislike a product that does not deliver. This product does not deliver. I expected lower blood pressure and it did not lower it.

After reading the mixed reviews, I decided to try the product for myself. I am 2 weeks in and I can say from my own experience, it absolutely DEPENDS on why you have high blood pressure as to whether this product will work for you. Did it bring my blood pressure down, No. Did I have more energy and focus while using this product, it did seem that way. My diagnosis of hyper-tension is not due to poor diet, lack of exercise, or blood flow restriction due to arterial plaque, but rather stress & tension from work demands and such. I did notice my hands and feet seemed to stay warmer when sitting for long periods of time which was a welcome change. All in all, I most likely will not purchase another bottle as I do not believe it is intended to treat my root cause, however it might very well work for someone else.
