Q: Can I use hair gel after applying this?

I wouldn't. You wash it before combing your hair. Once it's washed off I see no problem using gel.

Q: How long does it take for this stuff to work on beards? I have a stubble beard and in places it grows in white.

With my short hair only takes one day out in the sun. But not really sure how well it would work on beards, you would be doing it daily. But it really is great stuff been using it for more than a year. I use it as a hair gel.

I wouldn't use on blonde hair. I use it on my father's dark and gray hair. His scalp never turned color.
