Been taking this for about 6 months after dinner, before bed. It seems to help the mom brain late night thoughts most nights and doubles as something to help keep you regular!

I think this is a good product and works well for a friend to calm anxiety but caused digestion problems for me. I have a very sensitive digestion system though.

Do you have trouble, falling asleep or staying asleep? I certainly do, or should I say I did. This product is amazing. I have not slept this well in years and unlike melatonin it has no side effects. The Amazon price is very good. it does not taste bad at all and it’s easy to drink. Just mix with hot water and turn on the TV and sit and relax for a little while.

My neurologist recommended this many years ago for migraines and it definitely helps calm my anxiety. It’s something I look forward to now and it tastes great

I love this stuff. It tastes like a treat mixed in a big glass of ice water. It helps with magnesium intake and I’ve been using it post-abdominal surgery to help keep everything moving.
