I was looking for a solution to hook up both my work laptop for WebEx and music and my iPhone for work calls to my headset with microphone. I am able to seamlessly switch between laptop sounds and a phone call. Sound quality is good with no difference to directly to my laptop. My microphone works properly sending audio into my laptop or phone. One small downside is my laptop's sound is reduced once my phone is plugged in, I can easily overcome this by turning my laptop volume up a little higher. There is a slight buzzing sound when no sound input is playing but this is a non issue for me.

This 4 ring cable is designed for audio into iPhones and cameras using a Saramonic or iRig preamp. It works with one phone fine, but as soon as a second phone is connected It cancels all audio to both It does not work with audio inputs on consumer video camera either. I had to return it as useless, and bought a second Saramonic as a workaround

I'm so glad this cable worked. I am using it at work to connect my headset to my phone (landline) and also my computer so that I can hear both at the same time. It's a good thickness and the audio quality is really nice. I don't notice any difference in the sound.

Not sure why finding a tssr female to two tssr male adapter is so hard, but this just about the only one I could find. TLDR: chunky splitter that does what it is supposed to, but there is un-ignorable line noise from one side. For my use, I needed a splitter that let me use my headset for my work PC and gaming PC without having to manually change it all the time. I needed both mic and stereo sound, hense the tssr for both sides. Aesthetically, it looks like it was built in the 90s. Good news is that it is probably quite durable. It has a nice weight to it, and everything is tightly connected. All the jacks fit my other 3.5mm connections snuggly. Audio quality and mic from both PCs was uneffected by the addition. There is, however, some line noise when my work laptop is off and I am using my gaming PC. It is quite noticable, so much so I have to unplug that side from the splitter when I want to use my gaming PC. I am not sure if this is due to the splitter or something with the laptop, but it kind of renders my reason for getting it moot. The only advantage is that now I can unplug it from ontop of my desk. Overall, it's a solid, if not chunky, splitter that does what it is supposed to do. Only reason it lost a star is because of the noise. If I find a fix for it, I will update my review.
