No they don't. We use a mix of spices and flavoring and natural smoke ingredients to get the Hickory Smoked Bacon flavor that is used for that flavor so no pork is used in the process or ingredients.

Roughly how long will these last after I receive them?

Depends on how fast you eat. Are you Nathan’s hot dog eating contest fast? If so? Maybe 3-4 minutes.

Can you grind them up and add to smoothie?

Yes you can, but I would recommend using a vitamix or something that can make a fine powder for your smoothies. These crickets don't have any salt or other added ingredients, so you can use them as the full crickets or mill them if you would like. But there are some products like cricket powder and cricket flour that would have that already done if you wanted.
