I was always the kid who wasn't exactly a tomboy but didn't like a lot of girly things either...so I was constantly in dirt and mud as a kid and then at the beach constantly as a teen. I've always had ocd but about 10-15 years ago that consists of always wearing shoes outside...and I cannot bring myself to stop that - so I bought this mat. Idk how to explain what is happening but my inflammation has drastically reduced...its exhausting so be prepared for that and the first time I got extremely nauseated. I dont know how to fully describe that I feel like I'm starting to get back to myself again....idk what kind of witchcraft this is but starting to feel like I'm me again is a gift I can never be too grateful for - 4 stars instead of 5 bc its just been 3 days and im a skeptic..

This has been helpful in improving my sleep.I don’t have extra wall outlets in my room, I have two big power strips with all my various electronic devices plugged in, so I wasn’t sure if that would work. I messaged the company to check if I could plug it into a power strip, and they said yes. I even went ahead and ordered one of those testers, which confirms it is working.

Smooth side up. It works with sweat so if you put it under a non cotton sheet you might not get a good connection. I put my bare feet/legs on it in the morning while sipping coffee. Helps joint pain. Makes me sleep better.

Remember to get on the right side of the mat.The product is not marked clearly.I was sleeping on the wrong side until I doubled checked with a tester and found out I needed to turn over the mat. Its the smooth rubbery side not the furry side. The side the wire is attached on.Thanks

Thanks for a great product that is now protecting my very expensive $6500 engineering laptop! It is perfect.I bought this to put under my laptop and mouse because my office has carpet and when I sit down to work I zap my laptop with a static spark, which is not good for the electronics. This grounding mat now zaps my arm instead of me zapping my laptop, which is exactly what it is supposed to do, I love it. I have read other reviews where people are surprised that they get a little static shock when they touch this mat, that means it is working! Did you somehow want to eliminate static without transferring the static away from your body?As far as the instructions, I had to take a close look at the border stitching to figure out which way was up and which surface was to be on the table, because the instructions just tell me how great it is and don't describe nor show in their silly silhouetted pictures any clue as to how to lay it down. These are instructions or a sales pitch for something I already bought? For those of you who are interested in real facts, you lay it down with plug UP, which is with the smooth surface UP and the fabric lays against the table...The sales and marketing comedy routine about becoming one with the Earth and about the healing powers of grounding would be a good skit for SNL. I cannot understand why the manufacturer would create a perfectly working static eliminator that is technically valid and easily proven which can be marketed to hundreds of millions of computer and electronic professionals, and market it instead to just a few thousand mystics as a magical healing apparatus - which cannot be proven.

I am dealing with an autoimmune issue that causes me to be allergic to my own sweat. Therefore after using any item that is made of cloth I become allergic to it since my body detects my sweat on it. This causes me to not be able to sleep on my mattress. It's long and complicated... but this mat allows me to sleep on my mattress without getting hives and sneezing. I have to cover the mat with leather that I purchased to put over it because I'm allergic to the mat even though it says latex free. I'm allergic to latex, rubber, and TPU material and I believe this mat is made of the TPU. But with the leather cover and putting a sleeping bag on top, I am able to sleep through the whole night. When I first used the mat, it gave me energy instead of relaxing me, so I couldn't fall asleep. But after using it in small intervals, my body adjusted. Now the mat stops the inflammation from happening at night and therefore stops the allergic reaction. I honestly want to be on the mat all day like a cat in a box because it just feels so soothing to be on it. My health issues continue, but this mat isn't supposed to cure anything, it's simply supposed to lower inflammation in the body and then the body does the fixing. So in my opinion, it's working as it should.

I am happy with this order . It was shipped as per check out .I have been using it for one week and I dont heat the static sound i used to hair when changing my clothes .

Rather expensive considering the matt is flimsy and keeps rolling up when you move in bed. But it works. The cord is long and goes under the bedroom carpet. Not sure if I would recommend this particular item but do recommend Grounding.

Someone told me about this miracle mat...watch the movie" earthing the movie" free on YouTube and you will understand why it works... best documentary ever..I am using this mat now 2 week's... I have almost no more pain, I am very calm and I am sleeping through the night since 24 years the first time.It's almost to good to be true.I RECOMMEND it highly the best $ 46 you will ever spend!!!... I recommend it to my mother in Austria and she bought one and her ringing in her ears and painful legs which she had for over 30 years are gone...who would ever thought that such a simple mat could accomplish what pills and doctors could not cure... when you use the mat in the beginning it might hurt for about a week...my legs started to hurt so bad that I almost stoped.... I am so glad I continued FYI takes out all the inflammation out...I have never give such a long review because it really works I want that everyone feels the same...Old age is not for sissies... with this mat we can look forward to the golden Age.. I love my grounding mat

The size is substantial. Upon receiving it, I and a friend both tried a time with it, and felt a difference in the legs. After the first couple of uses though, there was not a similar result. I don't have any product to test if it is manifesting results, even if I was sure of how to test. Have watched some videos about that, but not having a sensor tool, cannot really say. Not being learned enough about the technology though, it could be working. I still use it. Just haven't had the opportunity to delve further into the issue. If it is doing as designed for, then it is a great value, considering the size.

I have placed the mat at the foot of my bed for my feet to rest on while I'm sleeping. I guess with all my leg movements throughout the night, the mat is kinda wadded up in a ball come morning, Today, I have installed the mat under the bottom sheet. Hope it will work this way!
