Just works
Simply extends and splits a POE ETHERNET cable, giving 2 POE ports. I used it for 2 POE/PTZ surveillance cameras.

Works
Got this to replace a similar (more expensive) Centpower unit that was intermittently resetting when powering a UniFi U6-Pro access point (PoE+ device). Swapped this in and haven't had a problem since.UPDATE: Dropping to one star. Worked great for a while then started causing the same port resets as with my previous unit. No port resets at all when using a straight cable between the PoE+ switch to the AP.

Good product at a good price
Was waiting for Centropower or Planet unit to go down in price when I found this unit at a much lower price. There was only one bad review which gave me cause for concern. I figured I would give it a shot and I’m glad I did. It seems to be well built and I have had no problems powering two AF POE cameras from one cat5 cable off an AT switch port. Only downside is they don’t give you the wall mount wings. I figured I would write this review for anybody on the fence about buying because the lack of reviews. If I have any problems I will update this review.Update: after a year still no problems

Ad says 90w, Unit itself says 60w
Bought this because it says 90w Poe Extender, but upon receiving and opening it, says 60w on the actual item
