As it says, you cannot wash these oh, but I carry around very muddy dogs and prefer to wash. I throw it in the wash machine and hang dry. The only issue I have found with washing them is that the water repellent on the sides and bumper flap will start wearing away very quickly. I have just sewn on an additional layer to fix this issue. Washing it really is not necessary though. You can simply hang it out and rinse it off and it should be fine. It is an excellent quality and we'll definitely be purchasing this again! Note: I replaced the suction cups with stronger ones. The suction cups that come with the cover are very basic and would never hold up more than 30 minutes... If that! If you need the cupboard to hold up with some strength, like I do, I would suggest the ones that have the suction and twist or suction clamp, that way you can increase the suction to the strength you need. The item shipped was previously used and stuffed in a box with no wrapping, instructions etc with a velco pad that had been stuck to another surface already. The cover fits well in a 2025 Chevy Blazer EV and appears well made.

I carry a tool cart, and tool box, plus other random tools for my work. This helps protect the plastic sides of the hatchback from getting all scratched up. I don't use the little suction cups( they are cheap garage) but I just fold over the sides and it works well. Material is decent.

I ordered this to protect the back of my Venza when hauling stuff. It fits pretty well and has a small end that covers to top of the bumper. It is easy to fold and roll to put away when not in use. On the minor downside, the side flaps have no stiffener support, requiring velcro or suction cups to hold them up. No place for velcro in my car, and the suction cups do no stick.
