It is absolutely beautiful, well-made and my plumber said it was not difficult to install. I LOVED it and every shower I took felt like stepping into a luxury spa. Five years later, I sold my home (moved for a new job) and sold my house for almost full price in only four days. The buyers declared that the Master bath (especially the shower) was one of two WOW features that convinced them to purchase my house. Now, here I am in a different city--and once again planning a Master bath remodel. And, yes, I am seriously considering purchasing this beautiful shower again... Review: Fantastic buy. My contractor and tile layer took pictures of it for their other customers to see. We just wipe it off after each shower with a soft microfiber towel. Very happy with this. Well worth the price. We have had ours for a year now. It still looks new. Great water pressure.

No customer service
It's beautiful. BUT! The main shower head leaks constantly. We have tried to contact the company two times and they have failed to respond. If we don't receive a response we will have to send back. How disappointing.

Beautiful product.
I had my plumber install this flush with the wall. Otherwise it sticks out about 2" The unit looks great and works excellent so far. One note it seems the "H" and "C" for "Hot" and "Cold" are reversed?

Perfect piece of art for our new bathroom
This beautiful system actually saved us money because it is totally contained. I wasn't real excited about a rain head until I used it! This easy to install, one piece shower system is the center of attention!

The jets ARE TO DIE FOR
It’s been months, and I have yet to actually use it. My parents say it’s fabulous so it must be great cause my mom is SUPER picky.
