My mom’s sulcata tortoise loves this basking rock!
I got this basking rock for my mom’s new sulcata tortoise, and it’s been the perfect addition to her enclosure! It looks super natural, blends right in with the rest of the setup, and holds warmth really well under her heat lamp.she climbs up on it daily to soak up the warmth like she’s sunbathing in the wild it’s her favorite hangout spot now. The size is just right, and it’s sturdy enough for her to climb without wobbling or tipping over.If you’re building a cozy little habitat for your tortoise, this rock is definitely a great choice. she’s basking like a Queen!

Just what I needed
Does as it should. Looks great in my enclosure. I have my baby red foot in a temporary 40gal glass enclosure and I placed this stone in there under her heat lamp to bask on. She went into it and ate some lettuce today.As others have said it’s thin and does chip easily so careful when handling and be mindful of placement too.

Great purchase
Every morning my girl basks on this platform. She gets under her special light, does some tortoise yoga, stretches her little legs out, and has a nap. After a tiring day of food and foreging she has a nap on her platform. Doesn't want to socialize, nap on the platform. She has a larger one for her food corral to sit on as she has no self control with food. They both came unbroken and on time. They are easy to clean.

Nice for my craft project.
I the basking platform. It arrived with a thin 3/4 area where the slate seemed to fallen off. I wonder about the color as it is lovely on top however where the slice is it appears more grey. I like the shape and the fact that it has little feet. I wish it were not damaged is that are. Yes I am keeping it as I need to use this for crafts not a living lil thing...
