This product is very Nice and comfortable to use . We have noticed that , while seating position it has more comfort . But it gets heated slowly but after few seconds it will be comfortable. Only issue is we need to check the proper waist size of the person who is using and then buy . However i am very happy with the product and it was delivered as per the specification mentioned and time of delivery was also as given while ordering

Easy to use. Portable. Gives good heat. But light stopped working after a few months, although heating still worked.

update: My heating pad stopped working in 5 months. I was thinking that they are also like other companies who will ask me to ship this product to them but they didn't. All i had to do was fill the form available on the website and they delivered a new heating pad at my home within 6 days. very very Great service. Very good customer support and very nice company. Heat level is very accurate not too high and not too low and also it has 3 levels of heating . I usually use it at level 2. It's been one month since I got it and it's working very fine, many time I have used it for very long time and it didn't disappoint.

Product heat generation even at the top 3rd level is not good enough. The heating pad needs to be turned sides after every minute to feel the heat, which is inconvenient. Hence the strap is of no use. Additionally there is no return, only exchange

The outer cover is washable, so it still looks almost new even after long-term use. The heat settings are adjustable with three levels, making it easy to use according to comfort. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy to carry anywhere—I take it with me all the time. The buckle feature is especially useful, as it allows you to wrap it securely around your waist. I even use it under a blanket during extreme cold. This has become an absolute travel essential for me!

though it's better than cheap electrocuting sold here in general. but it's taking longer to heat up and doesn't heat up much

Good value for money, practical and effective

The box was visibly opened before, the product had hairs,, and looked like it had been used for a long time, even the logo was scratched and was not visible to read. it was disgusting.
