I wound up returning this product. I have a Grand National and used the cross bars in front of the radiator to mount the Hayden 679 cooler using wire ties.

What gauge steel are these brackets?

The same size as O.E mine is on a 2005 chevy tahoe 5.3

How long is each bracket ?

Are the tube clamps for the coolers that don't have a mounting bracket? So the tube clamps would go around the tubes coming out of the fins?

The tube clamps are for making sure that the hoses you'll be running around to/from the cooler are secured in place and won't rub, knock themselves loose, etc. I wound up not using them just because of how my hoses routed, but I could see wanting them depending on how your installation goes.
