Excellent Gaming Machine
I couldn't be more happier with my purchase, I was so excited to get my new pc. I was worried that low quality parts were being used, little to my surprise I saw everything from the quality of motherboard, the ram and power supply being used! On top of that it's water cooled so it's a pretty quiet system and I had no troubles playing most games at max settings. The i9 and Nvidia 3070 combined, made it a pretty powerful system. The only downside is I wish the memory was at least 32 gigs, but 16 is fine for now until I upgrade it! Overall, I'm happy and had no issues starting it up on the first go!

Average PC gamer, I am impressed....
I decided to buy this prebuilt over a year ago due to my lack of confidence in building one myself. I play a variety of pc games and this bad boy gobbled down every one I threw at it. To name a few games I tried, Forza Horizon, Gta 5, Cities Skylines 1 and 2 - all performed very well. I had minimal graphics issues and the ones I did run into were likely due to actual bugs in game or my own ignorance involving settings, missing updates, etc.I have experienced a few problems with certain games crashing from time to time. Not to mention having to troubleshoot the awful "blue screen of death" as well... I'm not too sure what caused that or how I fixed it, but it eventually went away. Overall I enjoy this PC, it looks awesome, still runs smooth as the day I got it and I haven't had any major issues (knock on wood). I would recommend to any average or beginner pc gamer who wants little limitations.

Avoid CyberPowerPC at all costs. Thousands of dollars wasted.
I never write Amazon reviews no matter how much I dislike a product, but this is the first time I’ve been so enraged that I have to share my experience.I was sent a defective PC. At rest, it hit temperatures of 90C only after starting up. So I shell out $100 to replace the cooler. I was unhappy with the cost, but willing to pay it to avoid further time loss and confrontation. But it immediately became apparent that the graphics card in the system (an RTX 3070) was defective. Graphical artifacts everywhere, the PC randomly shut off, all the symptoms were there. I brought the PC to a reputable tech store nearby and they ran several tests to confirm the problem. So I finally contacted CyberPowerPC, as RTX 3070s are expensive and hard to come by. I included the full diagnosis of the problem, and they issued an RMA.Of course, I had to pay to send the graphics card back. A hefty $40 to UPS, but I figured the cost was worth not purchasing a new graphics card myself. The graphics card reaches their facility in 2 days, but of course it takes them 10 business days to even ship a new card to me. So after 10 days, I receive the tracking number, and after around 5 more days, I have the “replacement” card in my hands. I bring it to the store.Turns out the “replacement” card has the EXACT problem as the original defective card. In fact, it’s almost uncanny how similar the problem is. I suspect that I paid $50 and waited almost a month only for CyberPowerPC to ship the exact card back to me.Frustrated at this point, I email CyberPowerPC again explaining the situation. They try to offer another RMA. A second chance is a lot to ask for at this point, so instead, I request a refund for the cost of the graphics card. Of course, at this point, they stop replying.I am down thousands of dollars and months of time for a PC I was able to use for about 2 days. Do NOT purchase from CyberPowerPC — if something goes wrong with your hardware, then you’re on your own. Buy from a more reputable seller. I am beyond frustrated, and I wish I would have taken previous negative reviews to heart.

Great Computer, Fast newest processors and graphics.
I wanted to replace an older computer that would not run Windows 11 not meeting requirements. I ordered this computer it arrived fast was well packaged with a foam insert to keep all parts in place. Easy to setup and was off to the races. It is fast with the SSD drive and memory. I did add more memory 2-8mb sticks identical to original installed memory for a total of 32mb. Machine is fast and nice looking. I would recommend to anyone wanting a new fast computer.

Solid PC specs for Prime Day Deal
The media could not be loaded. PC came in one piece and fast delivery. Initially was worried about damage during shipping but thankfully all came in good condition. The box was packaged well with inner foam to keep GPU secure and case was also given foam support. I had issue with Destiny 2 crashing during 1st wk of ownership but that turned out to be Nvidia driver issues which are now resolved. PC crushes most games on my 1440P 144Hz monitor! Have done gaming, and general light work on PC and the RTX 3070 + i9-12900KF easily handles everything. Noise is very quiet compared to my old prebuilt. GPU doesn't get hotter than 70-72°C; CPU shows no bottlenecks but again it is overkill for my usage. I got the RTX3070 MSI Ventus 3X 8GB OC version. Not the best GPU version but its good enough if you have no intention of overclocking anything. Will monitor the longer term as its only been a little less than a month and will have to check in 6months to a year's time. Happy so far.Dec 10th 2022 UPDATE: PC still going hard! Have had some issues with PC shutting down randomly due to WIn11 problems and Nvidia driver problems. No issues with gaming though as I was able to get 140+FPS on Cyberpunk @ 1440P ultra settings raytracing on, DLSS on quality. No temp issues for GPU OR CPU but am worried about the power supply in this PC over time. Added a 1TB WD SN770 NVMe SSD to add on to the existing SN570 NVMe boot drive that the PC came with. All in all still a great value!

Looks Great, Runs Great, what more can you ask for!
This is a great rig, unpacked it, plugged it in, and booted in literal seconds. Aside from the one minor thing (below) this (as of Jan.2023) runs every single top end game I've put it through, and doubles as a great content creation machine and home office PC as well. Quieter than expected too!Props to the Shipping department as well, as it came in quite secure.Minor Thing: had to remove the Side Panel and reseat all the fan power connectors to get a couple of the fans, and RGB Lights working
