T006B Sturdy Stretch Tie

STRONGER THAN EXPECTED.

**UPDATE**. I went and got my garden tape that was delivered to the wrong house. I intend to use it tomorrow, it looks to be what I had before only this new tape is a bigger size. I would love to comment on this tape as I really needed it, but it was delivered to the wrong address! Now I have to try and get another one. I needed it for my garden tomorrow, so this really stinks! **UPDATE Again**. I used it, it is wider than I thought, but gets the job done! I would buy it again.

I purchased this product because it says stretch in the description, which is misleading. The tape does not stretch. It is wider than I anticipated, but did work okay when I used it to tie up larger tomato plants.

20 Mils thickness - they should put that in the product description and specs. I've seen this type of product from other brands advertised in 4, 8, 12 and 20 mils, so this "Gardener's Blue Ribbon T006B Sturdy Stretch Tie" is amongst the thickest available. I used it to splint a 15' oak tree that was leaning badly after a storm.A local nursery had sold me some 4 mil tape of another brand that proved not nearly strong enough for the job. Indeed, 5 layers of that tape is equal in thickness to just one piece of this. And this tape lightly sticks to itself on the roll so it doesn't come all undone like the other brand. Good stuff.

I was wanting a dark green tape, that would blend in. Not as pliable as some I have gotten, buy functional.

This tie is wider than my previous one, so it works better for grown up bushes. The color blends well for out of doors and the stretch is most helpful. I find this product the best one for my needs.

I have a Lenovo, it does things without my knowledge. I thought that I was ordering a 2 pack of 0.4 width tape. This product was on the same page, and about the same price and did not notice the difference on the order. It will not fit in my Tapener. But I can use it elsewhere, so am keeping it.

I use this for the plants in my garden, including vegetable plants. If has great strength and holds up very well.
