I would like this product replaced and I don't find a way to contact the seller. I have only used it twice and now it doesn't turn on at all. I don't know how I missed reading about this issue in the previous reviews, but I find it unacceptable that a product can stop working within such a short amount of time. The heating plates of the roller is not functioning. I bought this in Dec of 2022. No worth it if there is no guarantee.Very expensive if there is no guarantee.

Turned it on and smoke immediately poured out. Also it appeared to be used (the box was a mess, taped up). Don't buy from these people.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL STOP WORKING. This product was brought in November 2023. It’s now April 2024. I used this product 4 times. It has STOPPED WORKING. There is NO OPTION TO RETURN. I am disappointed and disgusted they are selling a faulty product. Look at all the reviews from users that say the product is faulty. Save your money and try another brand.

It is not suitable for use in UAE. This is NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE in the product details. It cannot be picked up for return at delivery address and I have had to return it at my own expense.Choose another product!
