It takes a few tries to master the “swoop” to fill the lounge well enough, and figure out the roll-and-latch to close it. Like an air mattress, it can slowly leak air and needs to be re-swooped occasionally. I think this item would be ideal when camping. At the beach, bear in mind that it will blow away in the wind like a beach ball or inner tube if you don’t have someone sitting in it, or put something heavy on it. I’ve been experimenting with using some heavy-duty sand anchors to attach to the two loops on the bottom…seems to work so far, but I’m worried about how sturdy those loops would be if a very strong breeze came along. It’s been a hit with my friends as a “beach couch” though.

Purchased this after seeing others with a similar item at an outdoor concert. It arrived quickly and appearance is as described. It took a minute and a kind person to help get it inflated at first. And it was great for about an hour after which it started going flat. Now, if you’re at the beach or camping or anywhere you have open space, you can easily swoop it around to reinflate. However, at a concert where everyone is packed in, it’s not possible. So we really weren’t able to use it as we expected to. Other people’s air couches (other brands) didn’t seem to have this problem and remained inflated the whole time. I was really looking forward to this working but sadly can’t recommend.

I bought this for my son and he loves the idea. However it’s extremely difficult to fill up and it loses air rapidly. Disappointed

Bought a large 12 man tent this year and I wanted something for a couch in the front area. Bought this mostly cause of its price but ended up being very impressed. The material is legit and seems like it will last. The seams are all down well.The coolest part is you can fill it full and have a big couch, or do it half full and it’s perfect size for the kiddo.Only con is that you sink into the middle super easy, but I just threw an extra large blanket in the space and It was perfect.
