It would probably work fine for that. They need sugar to activate the flavoring and beer would do that.

E juice yes. As juice like Apple juice...maybe not. But I will say, you can add it to sparkling water for a wonderful apple essence.

I didn't find it as flavorful as it should be. This probably would not be helpful
