Spacious, good for international travel. I use the short handles to attach with a strap to the top of my B and R roller, which works better than inserting on the extended handles of roller bag. Computer pocket was too small for my laptop, but served other purposes. The additional interior pockets were just right, as were exterior pocket. I carried it on as my personal item and it fit under seat in business class, would be tight on aisle seat in most coach sections. It is quite large, even not extended. It is pricey but solid value when compared to other high end brands.

I fly a lot and have had a number of other bags that looked similar to this one but the zippers broke on all of them. I don't check this bag, I take it as a carry on with a trolley but I do tend to fill it to the brim. Such a relief to have the super durable zipper, the expandable capacity and handy pockets, external ones large enough for passport and boarding pass, cell phone, etc. Of course, I love the trolley sleeve so I don't need to lug it on my shoulder. Really well-designed and exactly what I needed.

First let me say, yes this bag is huge and can hold a lot. I’m a 5’10” woman who travels a lot for work. I can also be a bit of an over-packer, so this bag works really well for me. It is durable, and well-designed. I’ve been through a LOT of bags in my career and I think I will be using this one for a very long time.

I am trying to understand why the refund is taking so long. I initiated the refund on July 21 and dropped it off at Kohl's the next day. The reason for the return is that it was a larger bag than my wife anticipated. It was dropped off on July 22, and you received it on July 28 and you have delayed the refund three times. The bag was sent back in original bag it came in. I am getting upset the refund is taking so long. I will never order anything from Briggs and Riley again. We like the quality of the bag, but it was just too big. I trust you can resolve this issue ASAP.

Can't love this tote enough! Use as my carryon for travel and it holds everything perfectly.

Great bag except that there are no protective feet on the bottom surface.

Great bag! Fits under airline seat if not fully stuffed. With bottom expanded, fits well overhead. Outside zipper pocket great for passports/phone & water bottle fits well in exterior bucket. Stable on top of rolling luggage and bottom seems waterproof. Long straps great for over the shoulder & short handles were the handles I didn’t know I needed. Interior padded zip pocket easily fit iPad 12.9". Used for international travel and was sturdy and a pleasure to use.

This bag is huge and will hold it all! I wanted a bag to take in addition to my rolling bag for work to hold my laptop, etc and this bag is perfect. It’s actually almost too big and it looks almost as big as my rolling bag but does the trick. Hopefully it will last many many years. Love the outside pockets and place for waterbottle on the side. Has good pockets/organization on the inside too. Looks professional when travelling for work. Large enough to use as an overnight bag as well.
