Sleep like you mean it!
Many people around the world are magnesium deficient and this product is the top notch right here. Been using it for about 6 months matched with other JYM products Alpha and Omega and I'm a new man. Sleep quality is up joint pain is down and muscle growth it sky rocketing. Works for me. Don't expect this stuff to do the work for you though. It just helps you along the way.
