I have yet to start using this sink so I won't comment as yet on the quality after using. *It look impressive *Well packaged and arrive promptly and without damage *I should imagine the accessories will not so so well in terms of wear. *When I looked at the in box invoice the sink itself is £300 and the duty and delivery was just shy of £200. I was ok with this as I was under time pressure. If I paid £300 I would have waited a much longer time to get from UK based companies. MY BIGGEST ISSUE This was bought as an undercounter sink - so I wanted to have the quartz countertop cut to be over the sink and the sink supported under it. This was important. When the fitter came to template the quartz he said the sink was not appropriate. 1) Undermount sinks have to be around 1 - 2 cm under the edge of the countertop material. This is because the counter top technique is to run a lip under the edge of the counter to reduce the water running under and between the counter and sink to reduce leakage and dirt. This cannot be done on this sink because you would then be unable to remove the accessories (drainer, sieve & cutting board. Or would not at least be able to remove them at once or get them in all at once. 2) The sink is so large that if you fit as normal into a 50-55cm deep standard UK unit you would need to pull the entire run of the counter forward by a further 2-5cm otherwise the cut out is too large for the counter top rendering it too weak. This means it's only ok if you don't mind loosing some cupboard space. There was also limited space for the tap so this in my kitchen had to be fitted to the Left hand side not the back. Don't forget that there may well be tiling or an upstand 20mm thick and this needs to factor in to the measurements. So I am now surface mounting this sink. It's not what I wanted but...the sink looks so unusual and so different that I'm ok with it. It's also going to be very nice to wash up with the drainer over a sink, a huge, huge sink and a dishwasher right next to it. It'll be much more ergonomic. Just be aware that you need alot more space all around and you will struggle to undermount.

The packaging is well done, but shipper must have dropped the box on a corner as one was bent. Seller gave me a discount and I was able to bend the flange back for installation. If you need to bend the edge on this style of sink(from any maker), wrap a towel over the metal and use pliers with a large flat jaw(I used Lineman's pliers). My only caution is about the plastic threads where the drain pipe will connect to the strainer basket. I had to use a 3rd party drain with the nut on the pipe due to the dishwasher connection(no way to use the included nut). The metal nut is easily cross-threaded or stripped. It seems to be holding well, but I do have a pan under it just in case(so far, no drips after 3 weeks). The sink and all extras seem very well made.

This sink is pretty and I love the look, but the bottom is very flat and getting all of the food (or anything else) out of the bottom and down the drain is difficult.
