Great slim looking router.
The media could not be loaded. Installation and set up was easy. The router came with a red cable which can be plugged in the red Ethernet receiver on the router. I like that they are detail oriented. It took couple seconds to find the wifi but you still need to download their app to set up your own passcode. App is straightforward and easy to understand. Wifi strength is good enough for a 1100sfApt. You have the option to add more notes if you have weak spots. Overall a good buy.

Easiest setup ever!
I have to say I'm really impressed. It's the first mesh system I've had, and basically you plug them in and you have a big wifi signal in your house. I have recommended these to my parents and friends and will continue to do so until a better price comes along.

Easy to setup and get connected you will not regret the purchase!
It was so easy to setup and get connected. I haven’t had to use the tech support yet so I really can’t comment on that but so far I’m very pleased with it.

M6 doesn't work
I worked with Mercku and they could not get the M6 to connect properly with Spectrum.

Great wifi extension
The media could not be loaded. My house is 2200sq, I had a poor wifi connection when i'm on the 2nd floor. I bought a small outlet plug-in extension but it didn't work. So this is my 2nd try. This item is working great. It solved my connection issues. Now every room is under coverage now. The wifi is so fast at each corner with multiple devices. And the set up is incredible easy. It took my husband literally 1 minute to get it work. My family is so happy with this purchase.

Work as expected
It was easy to setup. WIFI6 is actually great. I had to separate the 2.4 and 5 ghz since I have wireless mesh node from ubiquiti. The ubiquiti works with 2.4 ghz and blast out 5 ghz WIFI 5 while meshed with the mercku.

Didn’t work for me
So in hindsight I now know you need to buy more than 1 for it to work properly. I originally bought one but you need one to be connected to your router and another for an extension basically

Don't buy
Had this router since last April constantly loses connection I have to restart it at least twice a month...I just upgraded to the eero
