I make a lot of synthetic dreads and have worked with quite a variety of fibers. I really like the Mayasa wavy fiber. It is soft and silky, it is easy to separate, and it doesn't fray. The fiber seems to feel lighter (though I use a scale to weigh out locks) and is easier to wear. I like how the fibers are a blend of colors for the root because it makes a more seamless transition from natural hair. The curl stays even in hot water (that's part of my detox process) but I have not tried boiling water because I wouldn't want to ruin them. I'm looking forward to buying more from Mayasa.

Bought this hair for Bohemian box braids. I was having a hard time finding human hair that would match my braiding hair color and when I saw this I fell in love! Silky smooth texture and nearly tangle free. Separates easily and I'm 2+weeks into my braids and the texture is still soft. I did add Got2be glued BLACK hair gel to the curls to prolong the hair and it worked very well. Zero tangles with the ends to my braids but I did find some with the pieces left out but considering after all my braids I still had 2½ pks of hair left over. So when the free hanging pieces get frizzy or tangle I just take them out and crochet new pieces in. No big deal especially considering the price! Will buy over and over again

My blush box braids were getting ready to come out so I crocheted this hair in since I figured it wouldn't last long. I'm very shocked it's been 2 weeks and it still looks good. You get a lot of hair for the price. I only used 2 of the packs in the set and they were very full. I wouldn't suggest this hair for long term use like a true boho since maintaince will be a pain. I've had very little tangling and no matting, but I have been careful. It was hard to tie off since it's very soft. To prevent any tangles when I installed it I used the black gots2b on each piece. It really works at stopping the waves from coming apart and tangling. I also slept with a bonnet and had it wrapped up if I wasn't leaving the house. It did have a chemical odor but airing it out before install got rid of that. The color is beautiful although I noticed the darker pink started turning to a purplish color after being in the sun. Still gorgeous though. The seller pic isn't really accurate for the color. It's more subdued. Which is exactly what I wanted. Great buy!

I read the reviews and thought that this was going to work for what I wanted, but it isn't. I bought off black & purple hair. I couldn't finish the install before it was starting to tangle. IF I hadn't opened both packages I would return and get a refund. Not happy at all. It was soft and didn't smell. Don't recommend!!!

The colour is nice, but I don't like the material so much, it opens a lot and gets too tangled

I loved the result The gradient color is beautiful and the hair is very light despite the length. It is easy to install with the crochet technique and does not weigh anything.

I fell in love with this hair. This hair didn't shed or tangle up which i read in one of the reviews so I decided to apply some hair oil to each pack before taking it apart. I also didn't pull alot from together because it will cause the hair to tangle because of the texture so I added full pieces and I used all 6 packs, but it's so full and pretty and everyone thought I had tracks last night n was very shocked that these were crochet.
