Hat is warm but the mask is huge and sits too high on your face to see over it.

Snap on bottoms on mask fell off after the 3rd use.

the cold breeze hurts my ears alot and would end up getting ear aches;My ears feel pretty warm, stops the cold from getting in-this hat is everything as described. Thankyou

This hat is very warm, but the build quality stinks. First, the face mask thing was too short and I was unable to snap it to both sides. Some sort of velcro would have been helpful to make it adjustable. The 3rd time that I wore it and tried to clip the chin strap, the right side of the strap tore loose from the hat. Fortunately, my wife was able to sew it back on. The next day, the the left side of the strap tore loose. I was not trying to make it tight, just clip the straps together under my chin. Now, with my wife's sewing skills and except for not being able to use the face mask, my ears stay toasty!

Sometimes, a Canadian winter is a brute but the dog wants her running around in the park anyway! This hat has a soft fleecy lining and also on the ear flaps which is great. It fastens by threading a velcro strip through a rectangular plastic slot and then folding it back on itself. It's a bit difficult to get the velcro into the slot and it doesn't pull close enough together under my chin so the hat remains a bit too loose and lets the wind in. It would be better if the strap fastened over to another piece located on the ear flap on the other side - avoiding having to thread it through that little slot altogether.The hat could do with being a little longer so that it came down around your neck a bit more. I really like the peak on this hat. Winter hats with a peak are hard to find and as it can be very sunny in the winter here, I need that. Great for skiing too. The addition of the face mask is perfect for blocking an icy wind and protecting skin against frostbite in severe winter conditions. It's a little loose so it doesn't feel claustrophobic and the snaps are not too hard to pull apart. Paid a fortune for a similar hat from MEC but the peak's too small to be functional and the face mask is too tight. This is a much better buy.

Lack of adjustment on face guard makes face guard usable

Reasonable fit for "one size" hat. I especially like the "brimmed" face, as it shields my transition glasses from some glare. Cozy warm, even on back of neck.

Terrible quality product in every regard. The stitching is terrible and coming out in some places. The tightening strap at the back ripped upon the very first use. The hat is not warm or thick enough with the cheapest most plastic smelling fake fur (not that real fur was expected). Simple put it's an extremely cheap hat that does not even do the bare minimum, which is keep me warm. The product is BAD. DO NOT BUY.
