Well made and effective
I have only used this for one night, just to check on its functionality. I was fully satisfied.Pros:1. Heavy weight material unlikely to be damaged with normal, reasonably careful use2. Inflates easily thanks to the one-way valve inflation mouthpiece.3. Didn't leak or defate during the night.4. Easy to deflate, though actually takes more time than inflation.5. Meets stated dimensional specs and holds its shape during the night. Didn't miss my foam wedge at all.Cons:1. Minor issue with ease of movement in bed, because of the finish. A bit more difficult to nudge into position. A fabric pillow case would be a nice touch there. Not worth knocking the product.2. While not confirmed I suspect the faux suede finish, while comfortable, may prove an issue if a patch job is needed. Obvious fix is to not puncture it in the first place, I guess.3. The cost of quality is size and weight. It will add nearly 2 lbs to your luggage if that matters. I have it rolled up into a "log" of about 21 x 3 x 4 inches.Others have expressed concern about inflation. I'm just short of 70, in a-fib and have mild CHF. I was able to fully inflate by mouth in about 90 seconds without getting dizzy, short of breath or passing out.I got it for travel, and thus won't be using it regularly. Likely not a good choice for every day use; get foam. Also I'd advise great care deflating for travel, expecially air travel. A little air left inside could be an issue with the air pressure changes in a cargo hold, or even in the passenger cabin. I'll certainly surround it with "software" and not have it near anything that could be a pucture threat. While not "cheap", it does seem to be "what I paid for". Recommended. If future travel modifies my opinion, I'll repost.

Would have been great if...
I ordered this product in anticipation of my hip replacement. For the first two days after the surgery, it seemed like a great investment. Elevated my legs effectively and REALLY helped with comfort. On day three though, it developed a leak somewhere ( as reviews warned that it might). We can't find the leak but it deflates markedly within an hour of inflation. Within 90 min, it's flat and useless) No chance of patching it since we can't find the leak. ( also no patching instructions or material came with).REALLY a disappointment since I hoped to have it for months to come. )-: If the poor seams could be addressed, I would consider getting one in future.

Excellent Support Pillow
This pillow is not cheap, but I think it is a good value for the money. It inflates easily, holds air once inflated, and its shape and size provide perfect support for someone with a leg cast. We haven't yet had to travel with this pillow, but I have no doubt that it will travel well. The vinyl is pretty heavy grade with a flocked surface. The surface texture makes it easy to throw on a fleece blanket for extra cushion with the blanket slipping. We would buy this pillow again, and can enthusiastically recommend it to others.UPDATE on 2 February 2023: I am now somewhat less enthused with this product. We've had it for almost 2 months, but used it for about a week in December, and now for just a couple of days in January (since 1/30). The pillow has sprung a leak and will no longer hold air. The location of the leak isn't immediately apparent. I can no longer say that I would buy the product again. Looking back at some other reviews, I'm now reading that more than a few folks are experiencing this problem. For the cost, I think that a product like this should last at least as long as a common air mattress. Disappointed.

Most comfortable, even though it is large
After 15 years of knee trouble, I feel like I have tried it all, various towels stacked at different angles, other wedges, and this is the best ever. It is an inflatable so it can be stored or traveled with. It has a soft exterior and the seams/edges don't hit my skin. I have sensitive skin and haven't had a problem with it. It has a double angle to it for elevating your leg that is comfortable enough to sleep with overnight. When I'm not using it for my knee, I can rotate it and use it as a backrest when I watch a movie in bed. It is priced right at $44. I would consider buying another one "just in case" because I know I love this one, and my knees need help with icing etc for the rest of my life for how active I am.***Update Sept2018I took a star away. I had to buy another one of these and now the 2nd one of these has developed a leak. I have patched and tried to fix. This is great for surgery etc, but longer term, it just doesn't last.

This company stands behind the products they sell through Amazon
Purchased the Inflatable Lounge Doctor Leg Rest on Amazon after having surgery on my leg and was very pleased with it -- perfect size for my daily use as a leg rest pillow. Unfortunately after 40 days it developed a slow leak possibly at one of the seams. Contacted customer service regarding this leak and even though the date was beyond the stated 'return date' they immediately offered to ship me out a new pillow which I received 2 days later. I don't expect to have the same problem as I think this is a well made product. Very happy with my purchase of this product from this seller.

Sprung a leak in less than a year.
I started out with the foam Lounge Doctor Leg rest. I liked it so much that I purchased the inflatable version so I could use it when traveling. I liked the portability of this wedge and the relief it provides to my hips, however, I have had it for only nine months and it is deflating during the night. I cannot identify where the leak is in order to patch it. I am disappointed the leak occurred in less than a year. I only use it when I travel. In total I have probably used it 20 nights.
