Fit perfectly on a Nissan Murano 2014 tailgate. super simple to fit also, just need an extra pair of hands to hold the tailgate while you change the struts.Broke after 7 months and need to get a replacement:(

Fit well & easily

Replacing the worn liftgate lifts with these lift supports was much easier than expected and they fit perfectly. Prop up the liftgate with a long pole or board or have someone hold it up, use a flat head screwdriver to pop out the clips on both ends of the old lift supports, pop out the old lift supports and simply snap the new ones in place. I can't attest to the durability of these lift supports but installation was easy and they are working well now so I'm happy. The auto supply stores wanted nearly double for similar lift supports.

One of the struts is a bit noisy. Not sure if it's just because it's new and will probably go quiet after use. They fit on pretty well. What was different from the picture is that nothing printed on the struts at all. Still need to assess them after further use.

These are an exact replacement for the hatch struts on my 2013 Nissan Murano. Easy installation and so far they are working great.Remember to prop up the hatch or have someone hold it for you while replacing the struts.
