Pole and laser mount are sturdy and useful. I just used my laser mounted on the pole on carpet with a 9 foot ceiling - worked as advertised. Once the self leveling settled down the laser cross was rock steady. Minor adjustments were easy up and down and horizontal - given that you still have to wait for the self leveling to settle down. Very pleased.

I was somewhat skeptical this product was going to meet my expectations. I thought the extension tubes would be made of flimsy tubing and the connection studs would be 1/4-20 threads. But to my surprise they are made with fairly durable tubing and the connection studs are 5/8 NC threads

Overall, this is nice tri pod and pole kit...when u need to set a laser level high, this is the ticket...quality of compoents pretty good vs. the price pointthe goal is to get a self leveling laser or target high enough to make your marks.. or set your level or plumb.u can buy the big names of the same, expect to 2x-4x more for the same... so if you are a lite user, this is all you need.... bag is nice as well, nice ....4.5 stars

As a finish carpenter this is a highly underrated product. Being able to put this on a pole and put my laser almost anywhere in the project without putting screws in the wall is very nice. Can slide it up and down with ease. Try it you’ll like it.

The magnate is not strong enough to hold to the pole and if some bumps it your expensive laser will hit the concrete. Twice in a month...

I purchased this for minute adjustments on the Dewalt Laser pole. Works great, makes adjustments easy.

The mount for the laser is not well designed. The laser fell several times when I was trying to adjust the pole. The last time it broke the laser which costs quite a bit more. I would not recommend this product.
