Excellent product. To get the blue tint, order "LivFresh". Would locking the output tube keep it fresh longer?
If you turn the yop purple cover to the 'lock' position, you will not get the sir bubble and the late spurt of the toothpaste. After use, lock the top and always get a nice bead of Livionex. Great toothpaste! Put that in the directions sheet in which you wrap the container.Have been using LiviFresh for more than a year and find it the best tooth gel I ever had.Discovered that if I lock the top after use, the gel comes out more quickly and evenly when I unlock the top and press. You should put that in your directions which come with every package which I read every time I open a new containerProblem of container tipping still a problem - how about aa top of lead in the bottom?Livionex is one of the best dental gels I have ever used. My teeth feel very clean.Wish the tube was more stable when upright. Can you put a top of something heavy in the base.I get tired of having to chase the tube over the sink and elsewhere when it tips over!It would be great if the tube could indicate how much product is still in the tube; some indication of how much is left in the tube. The it I empty, it just stops. Since I use much of LivFresh, I would like to ensure that I don't run out.

Great proprietary formulation that delivers!
This stuff is great, I’ve used it since it came out on the market, about 4 to 5 years ago, I think? since then, my dental office has change their practice and recommend it to their patients, and I only go in once a year now instead of twice for my cleaning because I never have any plaque or cavities; and my gums look great.I am in my seventh decade of life. Had I used this product in my youth, my mouth would be a lot more white and a lot less silver...I can’t understand how anybody could complain about the cost. This company invented their proprietary ingredients and how often do things actually do what they claim to do? Heck, you save money in the long run w fewer trips to the dentist.A caveat: each person must have their own tube or pump of this because of its consistency. Essentially you’ve got to put your mouth on it and get just a very little bit out. Again, I read the complaints here about the packaging & seriously wonder about ppl’s ability to problem solve!!?I buy a new tube 3-4 times a year, that’s all.

Best Product Ever with the Worst Packaging
So, Livonex Gel is a completely revolutionary product. It's kept my teeth clean of tartar for over a year. My regular cleanings now last about 15 minutes because there's almost nothing for the hygienist to do. With that said there is a HUGE CON. The toothpaste comes in this pump container or one you can squeeze out. Both are flawed. This is due to the consistency of the gel. It's not thick like toothpaste, it's more like jello. The problem with the pump container is that the nozzle gets gunked up so that the next time you go to apply the gel, it squirts out three feet because of the jammed nozzle from the night before. They have a little tiny insert that you can put in it but it still jams and really is a major flaw. The squeeze tube is not much better. Although it doesn't jam, you have to barely squeeze it, and very slowly or a giant glob comes out. It doesn't "spread" on the brush like toothpaste and because it's like jello, if you move the toothbrush at all it falls right off of it.Again, a remarkable product with awful packaging.

Great product - HORRIBLE package
I have only tried the pump dispenser, but I have purchased enough of these to know my issue is not a one-off. I think I am close to half of the dispensers failing before the tube is empty, And it is not a clogged tube that sprays -- I can deal with that. NOTHING comes out and because of the way the dispenser is built it is not possible to extract the rest of the product. So the product essentially costs $30 per tube - plus you have to have extra tubes handy as there is no way to predict which tube will or when.

Surprised by improvement
I’m in renal failure and the meds I have to take cause a lot of tartar buildup. My cleanings have been worse since I’ve been on these meds, have tried everything with no improvement. When tartar begins to build up I notice a white substance in between my teeth. Since I’ve tried this I do not feel the gunk on my teeth, or see the buildup. I haven’t gone for a cleaning yet, but I know there will be a vast improvement, I can feel it and see it. Give it a try. I noticed a slight change in my teeth after I used it the first time.

why soend money if using no toothpaste at all gives you the same results ???
I am not completely sure of the concept of that toothpaste but it really does not make any difference to me using it v. not using a toothpaste at all. This product has a consistency of a diluted gel and recommended dose is 3 little pumps. Good sweet taste due to thethe addition of sweetener. I would say a waste of money.

Terrific results - hardly any plaque build up
I have yet to use the pump as I am using up my tube which I have been buying at the dentist's office. However, after starting Livionex in March, I went in for a four month cleaning a couple of days ago and the hygienist was amazed at my lack of plaque build up. The reason I go every four months is because I built up plaque so quickly. So - it seems like a very amazing product. Pricey but lasts a long time and I may be able to back down to six month appointments instead of every four months - now that would be worth it !!!

Great things sometimes come from little packages.
This item is amazing. It really does clean the plaque off teeth in a matter of minutes. The only thing that is frustrating is that you need to use this on a dry brush; however, after using a wet toothbrush after all these years it’s not an easy habit to break. While I really enjoy this toothpaste the cost is unreasonable. I can’t justify such a large expense for such a small container. When I first purchased it, I was expecting a much larger container but decided to try it anyway. Glad I did but still must try to justify the costs.
