Carve out some time because this stuff works. I took this on Saturday afternoon, around 3pm. 4am Sunday the cleansing began and continued for a while. Some cramping, but that’s a small price to pay for relief. Also, I tried several natural remedies before and nothing had worked the way this does. I have tons of digestion issues and an EXTREMELY sensitive stomach. I find these to be very gentle and a good option when I'm not needing forced results. Most products don't work for me and I have been able to get relief with these several times. These work best as a first round option for me when things are not absolutely dire yet. However, I have also taken them when things are getting dire as well. Since everybody is different, this is an option I feel like is gentle enough that it's worth trying. And that's coming from someone who has tried every option under the sun! Most products I either have no results from, or have very painful side effects from and often without intended results still.

These are by far the best pills for digestion to me. I have tried others and this is the best. I tried prune juice at first and didnt get the results needed, however, I found these and I took 2 for a few months and realized with 3 they TRULY get the job done! If you are backed up, constipated, or just want a great bowel movement or a few, take these. Great as a detox too. It helps cleanse and pull all of what you have inside of your intestines out! Take these and drink plenty of fluids and you will be going in no time. Don't plan to go anywhere because you will be running to the bathroom. Good luck!

I have tried practically every laxative on the market, but this is the only one that works for me. I should have known since it comes from prunes! I take this in the morning and have a big drink of prune juice at noon and I am all set. Thank the good Lord for this laxative! I don't know where I'd be without it!
