This actually works and was very effective within 24 hours. I only took 1 tablet at a time and worked great. This product did not have a taste and was gentle on my stomach. The ingredients seem to be natural enough. The name is a bit misleading because it does not contain any prunes. The senna comes from senna leaf extract. The size of the tablet was pretty big comparable to a multivitamin. The only side effects I experienced was heartburn, but it went away as soon as I stopped taking this tablet.

This product finally helps me with constipation! I have dealt with it for years. After a few weeks of taking these laxatives at night, I finally felt a routine starting. It was not an overnight change and sometimes the relief was only slight. It is not always a major amount of relief but I have become more regular with the continued use.The tablet has a slight smell to it but I found it easy to adjust to. It is a small battle anyway compared to the eating prunes.
