Yes, there’s two ties at the top and one mid waist.

Q: Do these have snap sleeves?

No they don't! But they have a double tie in the back and my wife likes them over the snap garments.

Q: How long are these? And wide?

Don’t know know but it fit nicely around my dad who was about 180 pounds.

Q: Do the sleeves have snaps?

No they don't. But they have an extra tie in the shoulder area and my wife prefers it over other brands.
