This pan is HUGE!
Don’t know why but I thought this pan was smaller, you know for scrambling a couple of eggs, etc., BUT this pan is HUGE. Very large pan - great for paella, or other one pan dishes you’d make for a family of four. Based on the size I don’t use it as often as I would like. I will buy another Caphalon in a smaller size for my daily cooking needs. The pan is well made, has great heat conduction and cooks food evenly. You won’t be sorry you brought it. If you’re single make sure the pan size is appropriate for your needs.

My Favorite Skillet
My first time owning a piece of Calphalon Hard-Anodized Cookware. In my opinion, this far exceeds the other skillets I've owned. I prefer it to my ceramic coated skillet, my T-fal nonstick skillet and my copper "nonstick" skillet. Very high quality. Over time, I'll be replacing these other pieces with Calphalon Hard-Anodized cookware. Very happy with the quality of this item.

Love this pan.
I now have two of these (10" and 12") and I love cooking with them. After trying so many other brands and being disappointed in their non-stick wear, these pans have not disappointed me. I use them nearly every day and they are still in perfect shape.

Great cookware!
I cook a lot and this is the best cookware ever. It lasts a long time too. I have a 10 inch and have wanted this one for a long time, especially with the helper handle and the ability to go in the oven👏🏻

Chip out of surface after first use. Was using wooden spatula.
I was really hopeful this would be a durable pan, but after surface chipped during first use I threw it away.

The best hard anodized ever!
Large open pan, fitted lid that prevents l sling from condensation when cooking. Wipes out clean as a whistle! Really great non stick finish, no hot handles.If you like to cook and want easy clean up, this is your pan!
