My acupuncturist actually recommended it for irritability/anger/anxiety issues and it definitely works. She said take 10-12 pills 2 times a day (as needed). I take at work when under a lot of stress and I can feel everything building up and it just helps lift a weight off and mellow me out. Also noticed that I very often have issues with body temp regulation and my feet always cold and when I take it my body feels like one consistent normal temperature. Love this stuff!
