Does it fit a 32X32 photo light box?

This can be cur to whatever dimensions you need (a sheet is 15 ft by 5 ft). I have mine cut to cover the width of my lights and several lengths more than need to get the right amount of diffusion - then use the old gaffer standby of clothes pins to keep in place. It can be folded easily and stored in your light kit. Works well, and a lot less expensive than the soft spun cut materials I used to use with Lowel lights.

Is this fabric Heat resistant? I want to hang it over a window and it gets hot during the summer.

Can you use this with Dj led lighting?

You can use it with whatever you want, providing you don't use it in a high temperature application. It will not work well with projector type applications, since the projected beam will be so diffuse as to lose it's appeal, but if your intent is to fill a space with diffuse light of any sort, this should help.

1) Does this material allow gaffer tape or painter's tape to stick to it? 2) When unfolded, are there fold lines in the material showing?

This material is made of nylon, which doesn't stick well to tape normally, but since it is fabric woven from many fibers, the tape will stick much better than it would with a solid nylon surface. If you use an iron on a low temperature setting, you will be able to remove the wrinkles. Nylon melts at temperatures that are appropriate for cotton and rayon.
