I am 56 year old male, and after an accident years ago have been suffering from chronic pain, performance and energy issues. I decided to try this along with another product to help increase stamina. 7 days in and I can already tell a difference. Increased energy and stamina. My wife noticed a difference also, she was pleasantly impressed. 1st time in years I was able to perform, stay at attention, and last longer. Another thing I noticed was it was the first time in years I didn’t have to stop due to back pain. I definitely will keep using these 2 products, I am a believer.

This company FORCE FACTOR makes good products and good for the price. I buy BEETS and MACA and magnesium, they are all good stuff so, I highly recommend this and the other products.

I bought this to boost my growth hormone while weightlifting. I noticed that when using it at bedtime I had a deeper more restful sleep. This is a sign of the increased growth hormone deepening sleep. Growth hormone is reduced as we get older and taking this booster, you can get the recovery benefit of more growth hormone. I had no problems with any side effects while using this product.

Mixed feelings as this product seems to use good ingredients for its intended purpose, but it consistently gives me headaches if i take more than 2 of these pills (and the recommended serving size is to take 5 per day). I have never had that happen to me taking a supplement before. It does seem to give me more energy during a workout but due to the headache thing i decided to mostly just take them right before i go to bed (which it says on the bottle is also fine/recommended) I have been taking them everyday for a couple weeks and even with acclimating them to my system i still will get headaches if i up the dose beyond 2 at all, and even if i take more than 2 before bed i notice the headache when im waking up. Not only that but they seem to affect my state of mind by giving me a ‘spacey’ buzz similar to how an edible would make me feel, im assuming this is because of the dopamine precursor in the ingredients- this isnt necessarily a bad thing but also its not something i always want to feel and from a supplement like this i would prefer it not really alter or mess with my mindstate that much outside of making me feel healthier or giving me more energy. Physically its too early to say if i notice any difference or not, just reporting that these felt annoyingly side effect-y for me using them so far. The recommended dosage is high as i mentioned and i wasnt sure if this was actually optimal or more for the company’s benefit of people going through products faster to buy more, but after looking into it a little it does seem like the 5 pills a day makes sense as these hgh precursors just arent that bioavailable in pill form for the body to use unless you take high amounts- so again the creation of headaches at higher dosages like what is recommended is annoying… may try another brand and see if i have the same experience

I am very skeptical with most supplements and I always try them before writing a review. I have only taken this for a week and half so far but since starting, my energy levels have sky rocketed, yet I have no side effects at all. I was a 2 sport division 1 athlete 30 years ago and despite being a very large person I still workout when my body allows me. I have now had 10 back surgeries as well as a few on other body parts so my workouts have been few and far between. Since using this supplement I have worked out everyday as well as tending my garden and doing other yard during the day. That said, every supplement affects everyone different. You have to try it and see if it is worth it for you. I have had other supplements rated very high that have done nothing for me but this one, for me, is well worth it.
