Great nailer!
Review by Quilt Lady's hubby:Bought this because I redid the bathroom & wanted to change the window trim. I have a smaller 18ga brad nailer that's really handy I REALLY like how you can hold a piece of trim in place with 1 hand & INSTANTLY nail it without the piece moving from the hammer blows. Considered a battery operated finish nailer, but you're talking a couple hundred $$ for 1 of those & I'm not sure how often it's going to be used. Besides, I already have a large compressor in the garage & enough hose to reach everywhere in the house.Used it for the 1st time today & am very pleased with how it operated. I did find that I couldn't get the nose close enough in the corner where the inside window sill overlaps the bottom window edge so the nails didn't full set. Otherwise, it worked like a dream. I'll be doing 4 more windows & will submit an undate if I have any problems with it.NOTE ON LOADING:The 1st time I loaded nails into the rail I just pressed the button that releases the slider that preloads the nails in the rail. This was a mistake because it slammed shut, cocked the nails, jammed them in the magazine & I had a heck of a time getting them out. Luckily I had only loaded a small rack of nails to test the tool.AFTER LOADING THE NAILS DON'T LET THE TENSIONER SLIDE SNAP SHUT. Control it with your hand till it stops.

Stopped working on the FIRST project it was used on.
This product stopped working on me on the first time I tried to use it. I used it for maybe 100 finish nails in a outdoor cabinet to hold charcoal and 2ood for a smoker. The return window closed on me Aug 23 today is Sept 9th. VERY DISSATISFIED and Dissappointed. It just stopped firing. Now only air spirts out near the trigger. So upset.Update #1: reached out to the seller , got a email same day and was informed that a replacement nailer would be mailed out the today. Will update again upon receipt.Update #2. So to recap this stopped working on Wednesday, I message the seller Castlerock Tools on Thursday. They responded Thursday night. By Friday the seller informed me another nailer would be mailed to me. I recieved the nailer on Tuesday. Excellent customer service excellent product backing. 5 stars. Thank you CastleRock Tools.

Great seller!!
We had trouble with the gun just spitting air about two hours into our project. We followed all the troubleshooting instructions. I decided to just contact the company even though I was still in my return window. I received an email back within just a few hours and late in the evening that they would replace it immediately. We got the new nail gun just a few days later and we have now finished our big project with the new nail gun. This seller stands behind the product and took care of us right away. Thanks so much!!

great deal!
My old finish nailer died. I'm a semi retired carpenter, and I need a finish nailer, but did not want to spend a lot of money for a new one. After reading the reviews, I took a chance and bought this one. What a nice gun. It works as well as my old one, a brand name rather expensive one. For the money you can not go wrong. If this thing lasts, it's a real bargain. I'll check in a few months from now for an update. But I've used this a few times and I'm very happy so far.

Great Value
I don't really write a lot of reviews but felt this one deserved it. I'm traditionally a "you get what you pay for" kind of guy so I was very skeptical about this purchase. I'm not a professional carpenter or contractor but just a DIY guy so I took a chance since. So far, I've already used it 4 different times to do a variety of projects including replacing spindles on my deck, adding cedar siding to the face of my deck, building an outdoor dartboard cabinet. I used 3 different size nails for each task and everyone worked great. Sure I had to "test" the pressure setting on my tank to ensure a proper sink into the wood but never had a single jam or misfire. Well worth the small investment.
