Great post box

Black PostBox
Took a while to decide on this box but so glad I did. Expensive but worth it, as heavy duty, very well made and a nice black colour. Needed to use the spacers provided with box when fitted to our brick wall to enable flap at the top to open. Looks very classy and hopefully will be waterproof as indicated.

Shallow depth
Beware that A4 size means literally A4 paper dimensions. Many Amazon packages like textbooks etc are a bit taller (and wider), so if like me you get a lot of these types of deliveries, they won't fit and you'll still get them left by the door! This doesn't work for us so am returning and sourcing something a bit deeper, catering for 25x35cm. There aren't a lot of options that aren't the huge parcel boxes, so there's a bit of a gap in the market.

Problems with lid
The postbox if fine if you don't attach it to a brick wall. If you attach it flush to the wall, the lid won't open, so you need to put spacers (not supplied) behind it.
