Helped me with post-viral fatigue.
Several years ago I got pneumonia and it really wiped me out. I took these because my doctor recommended them to help my immune system combat the post-viral fatigue I was experiencing and I swear these are how I got better. That and tons of rest. I purchased them recently to take as a daily multivitamin while we're still experiencing this pandemic so I can keep my immune system strong. I highly recommend them!

Why are these pills damaged if I’m getting them from manufacturer?
These pills have jagged sides like it was damaged in the way they’re pressed, they burn when you swallow them. Which isn’t what I’m used to after taking these for six months. Product quality is not good. I don’t know why they shipped out low quality product or if they thought no one would notice, but they BURN when you swallow them. They shipped fast tho if you feel like swallowing glass urgently.

They are our 'go to' immune support. They really seem to improve immune function and shorten the length of colds/viruses. When taken daily they improve your immune system to help fight off colds and flew.My family takes these one/day as an immune booster. When a cold/virus is coming on we bump it up to two. When we are sick we take four/day.
