Yes this is for US sizes 10-18, I have used this pattern it fits well for size 12-14.Hope it works for you

Yes, it comes with 2 (two) double-sided pages of instructions with pattern-to-fabric layout options, as well as, cutting, marking and sewing directions in both English and Spanish. Hope that helps.

Q: Can this be enlarged to a bust size 56 inches?

The patterns says it goes up to a bust size 54 1/2. but I don't think it would be too hard to cut the pattern slightly larger to fit a 56
