I rarely write reviews and am rarely surprised but the buffer in this set really does give the most amazing shine to your nails. As others have said there are no instructions for the buffers or files. I am not sure if they are different, other than in length but all gave great results so I am not complaining. I already have a glass file. They are great and last so much longer than the usually file you get in the shops. I am hoping the buffers last a long time too as hate having to throw away my usual ones after very little use and often when half the sides have hardly been used.

The third set of these I have ordered, bought onexas a gift for my daughter. The buffer files are such a moneysaver to. Make sure you keep them in the box or they may break as one did for me ...now on third set!

Lovely product. Nail filers are good and I love the fact that they can be washed and reused again and again. As for the shiner not so great on my nails but maybe on other nails could be okay but I still like the product.

After reading how nail files can ruin your nails I decided to give this crystal glass set a try, I love them, so gentle on your nails, my nails are so weak after years of going to have them done professionally, they are now like this paper, so they needed something kind on them from now on, after adding nail strengthening I now gently use my crystal glass files to shape my nails without damaging them.

I was skeptical as I’ve never tried a glass file before but this was so good! I’m not normally one to write reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. I used on my nails this evening and they are so shiny! I really didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. The only negative is there isn’t really any instructions. You can see from the slip they provide the files have the point at the end and the buffers have a flat end. I think I have figured it out though, the long buffer has two grades, with the finer one in the middle, and the separate buffer is even finer so you can use them in that order to smooth the nail and then make them really shiny. Not sure about longevity yet but they seem a decent quality and come in a tin surrounded by foam so I’m hopeful. So much better than the Emery board type!

This was bought as a part of a Christmas present, unlike the purple color I bought of same item, this one did not come sealed and the tin was dented, I'm hoping it's not been a previous return!

The glass tool is really good. It contains four pieces. Shaping tool and Polishing tool each for hands and feet. The Shaping tool is quick and easy to use to shape your nails. The polishing one makes the nail shine like crazy. My nails looks like I got french manicure. This is totally worth it. I highly recommend it. The package was delayed by a couple of days. But I am glad I bought it. If you are planning to buy, add couple of days to your expected arrival date.

The set is just as shown in the pictures and as described, the case is well made and great to store the pieces in especially for traveling. I've always used metal files or emery boards and those disposable buffer sponge type blocks. This is the first time I've used glass files and buffers and honestly, what a difference. They file my nails smooth and quick but I'm more impressed with the shiners. In mere seconds a nail is shining like glass as if you've applied a clear coat but without the drying time. I can do both my hands in less than two minutes and my nails are shining nicely for several days. Of course washing dishes and such begins to wear the shine but since you haven't applied polish that needs to be removed all you have to do is spend a minute to glide the shiner across your nails a few times and they look amazing once again, it's so quick and easy. I'm purchasing a couple more sets as gifts because I'm so impressed with this set and the price is great as well.
