Best Non Shake Powder
This powder is great for overnight oats, and baking etc, but not great for making shakes. Good quality though, good macros, good taste

Tasty!
I have tried a few of these protein powders and this is the best tasting. Takes a little while to mix into a mousse with water but seems to be high protein with a little over 100 calories per scoop.

Taste could be better
It’s good for the value, and gives a good amount of protein, however the taste isn’t the nicest. It’s not bad, but I wouldn’t say it tastes good either. It does mix well and makes a nice chocolate pudding

Great tasty protein shake
I’ve been drinking this for 2 years now. Love the stuff. Tried all different flavours and this is the only really nice one. No idea if it’s the healthiest on the market but it helps me get my protein intake up a bit, gives a chocolate hit, fills me up, is way on the go or when you don’t fancy much for breakfast. I have it on repeat order and put a little spoon of creatine in it everyday too to help the little muscles develop, albeit slowly

Contains a LOT of caffeine!
So it was my first time trying any kind of protein powder. I wanted something that would be a good substitute for a chocolatey treat after dinner that would also curb my appetite to stop me snacking late into the evening. To my delight it tasted great (I had it in a smoothie whizzed up with loads of ice, a frozen banana and some nut milk), it was thick, delicious and incredibly filling. However the problem soon became very apparent when I realised I was I sadly in for a highly distrusted sleep. I didn’t get to sleep until 8am! Completely wrecking my following day… I’ve since tried the same recipe as a morning treat, as I really love the flavour and satiated feeling I get (although like some it has made my stomach feel a little unsettled, but I don’t mind that as much), but the second round time it kept me awake until 5am. 20 hours after consuming it…!! It also gave me anxiety walking in the dark outside - even at an early hour among people and traffic. I must point out that I am particularly sensitive to caffeine, but even a shot of espresso in the morning wouldn’t keep me awake until 5am. And nowhere on the packaging or on their website does it say this particular flavour contains caffeine, which is extremely dangerous for people with anxiety issues, children of people intolerant to caffeine like me… I’m very disappointed I can’t have it anymore as it makes great thick satiating smoothies and was looking forward to trying other things with it like brownies and cakes… I think I’ll have to contact the manufacturers directly to hunt down a good protein powder that 100% contains zero caffeine… Wish me luck! As it’s a great tool for curbing hunger and if they don’t legally need to label it then I’m sure they won’t… For me, sadly I’ll be giving my packet away : (

Premium quality protein powders!
Did try first time PhD protein powder. The quality of product is great. I do find the product slightly expensive, but overall the product quality is great and suits me. I do not feel sugariness or chemical like flavour as in few other low cost protein powders. Also, used to have bloating issues with few other protein powders, but didn't face any issue with PhD Nutrition. Overall, Premium range of protein powders. As usual, Amazon speed of delivery was Amazing. Got it delivered with 15 hours in Dubai
