Very sturdy
These are sturdy blocks , soft and ideal for yoga

Not for bought for yoga purposes but for under my pillow to stop reflux
After being diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and gastro reflux, it's recommended to elevate your head 8 inches in bed, but not just by adding pillows, but with a hard plank of wood (ouch) or other strong material under the head to avoid acid going into your throat and mouth. Yes, there are wedge pillows designed for this purpose, but I tried one and it didn't work for me, as they were too soft. I got the idea of using of a large yoga block instead. The firmness of the yoga blocks, under the pillow work well in providing firm, but comfortable support (definitely put under a pillow and obviously don't sleep directly on it, as you'll have neck pain). The colour was nice, it didn't have a smell, was versatile and easy to use. I'm sure it'll be great for yoga purposes, but good for reflux too!

Good quality blocks with slightly rounded edges, which add to the comfort in certain yoga positions. Would definitely recommend.

The block may be okay, but the shipping charge and VAT doubled the price of this item when it arrived with a receipt. Bad surprise. There are other better choices.
