what are the sleeve dimensions? I want to put a sticker on them for our group.

I don't use sleeves for these 8 oz coffee cups at home. However, it is suggested "8oz (112mm x 53mm), 12oz (122mm x 60mm) and 16oz (126mm x 60mm)" on Google.

How does it do with cold drinks? How long until the cup gets soggy or leaky?

Both cold and hot drinks caused the cups to become MORE flimsy than they were already. I would highly recommend against this brand
