It can also be beneficial for a senior aspirant who has lost her mojo as she will gain the clarity whether to continue or not. It's not a motivational book glorifying the career. But it talks about both challenges and opportunities in a pragmatic way. Anyone interested about bureaucracy must read it. The language is simple and has flow. The paper quality is not good. Delivery was on time.

I Loved This book. In most of the chapter I was travelling with the Mr. Ranjan, this is how good the written material is. And also, He explains very beautifully and goods and the bads of civil services.
