We use these quite a bit so they do wear down. But they are very good for what is needed.

My plasma cutter stopped working. I needed to change out consumables. To save some money and time I bought this item and others and had them shipped to me. The new parts worked for 2 cuts, then stopped. Disassembly and cleaning restored function for 1 or 2 cuts. After 3 trips to my welding supply store, purchasing other consumables that appeared to be water affected, and several trials, we finally determined that this KEMAO Cup was not machined to the correct tollerances. I have a Thermal Dynamics SL60 torch. Should fit. Very frustrating. When it comes to critical parts like this, go with Thermal Dynamics parts from your welding supply store. Save yourself the headache.

Good so far, haven't used much yet, but seemed to solve the issues I was having with name brand parts

Running these in an A-102 a 60i and a cut master 58 and they fit and run like factory consumables.
