The RG351MP I bought arrived on schedule and I had no problems whatsoever. Plays all my retro roms up to and including the original PlayStation. Controls are crisp and responsive. Solid build quality.

A library of classic retro games. Requires a little bit of navigating through the menus and there are probably countless Youtube tutorials where you can get more out of it but I'm too lazy for that. This came with a memory card jam packed from Gameboy to N64. There it didn't come with many N64 games but I mainly wanted it for the older ones anyway.Battery life is reasonable. Screen quality is fairly decent, especially for the older titles. Barely made a dent into the games but this was the second RG350 I have bought, a slight upgrade to the previous black & orange one I bought a few years ago. I often commute to work or travel to see family and would rather play this than the micro-transaction fueled games on play store any day of the week.Highly recommend anyone buying one of these if you grew up with the Sega/Nintendo war on consoles and like me, may have only played half of what was on offer so you get the chance to play those that you missed and revisit those you remember enjoying.

I love the feel of this and the emulation is top notch. It has wifi so you can update it.You can get a 128gig image off Arcade Punks dot com and that has 98% of all the games and consoles you could ever dream to play. Burn the image to a 128 microsd and put that in slot 2. For slot 1 I use a custom firmware which is ELEC and I burn that onto the 16gb included sd and boot up.Took me 5 minutes and now I can play anything I want with an AMAZING looking screen and metal feel.

So i was super excited about this. Even has a few games i was really looking forward to. Somehow its always low on battery, even when i charge it and leave it for two days. The operating system is almost good, but its just not. Getting out of the games is a nightmare, Your favorites dont register, or the once you add and want to remove will stay forever. I was missing some big titles too. I would love to design an OS for these.

Feels good in the hand, quality made, plays many games (especially retro) very well, can provide many hours of enjoyable gaming. Room for improvement mostly in the user-interface when navigating through games and settings - but not too difficult for someone with relatively basic gaming or computer experience. The price tag could afford to come down some as well, I feel closer to $100 would be a more fitting price point. Overall, very good.

Just to preface, I returned because it didn't do anything my phone couldn't.I have a retroid pocket 2+ and an LG V60 for emulation. This device was kinda redundant in that regime. It doesn't do anymore than the retroid pocket 2+ can. The build quality is fantastic and the device seems rigid, well built, and the linux os runs well. However, it just wasn't for me. Gave 3 stars just because in 2022 for the price it is (without included wifi especially) I should have just passed in hindsight.

There's definitely NOT 2000+GAMES. MAYBE 200 but most of those are not translated Japanese games that you can't play unless you can read Japanese. They show Mario and final fantasy 7, but don't have either. There's NO MARIO AT ALL.You MUST replace the memory cards or you run a high risk of the data getting deleted because they use cheap 3rd party micro sd cards.YOU MUST LEARN HOW TO RE-PROGRAM THESE IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM WORK CORRECTLY.Look it up on YouTube on how much work is involved. It's not terribly difficult but takes a while to learn if your brand new to this stuff.Its a solid unit overall. Built well. Once reprogramed the picture and game play is amazing. But only after reprogramming.

I use this handheld to play games from the GBA, SNES, PS1 platform as well as a few games like Tactics Ogre and Final Fantasy Tactics from the PSP. I by far mostly play PS1 games on this. It's a good size too. It fits easily into a pocket or purse for gaming on the road.
