I bought these initially for my dog during the hot weather and they were good. Later in the year I took one away on my holiday and it proved very effective either around my neck or draped over my shoulders. Just pour water on it and when dry add some more.

I say it in the title just cool 😎I followed instructions and being in a wheelchair they are magnificent and I found them to be very very helpful for keeping me cool and my temperature down on muscles cool just just excellent items..

Bought for work!I work in a kitchen, and during the summer month's I thought this would be ideal to keep cool!Only lasted a minute before they warmed up to my body temp. After following the instructions (to shake to cool) this done nothing!!! Maby okay for sports or jogging to keep sweat away, but personally don't think there good for keeping cool.

Have now used these in both Florida and Gran Canaria.Honestly wouldn't go to a hot country without them now.They stay cool for a good while , don't feel overly heavy when wet.My dad wouldn't go out the apartment in GC without one
